MidWest Land Company is growing and looking for a few hardworking self-starters to join us in land, farm, and rural home sales. We like our community brokerage and strongly support our local businesses. But that hasn't limited us in providing our clients with a nationwide reach. Our owner's have the expertise and knowledge of working in a large marketing environment and understand the ups and downs of today's land market. We nurture our client's and believe in building lasting relationships based on integrity. We work hard to provide both buyers and sellers with detailed information concerning a particular property and how the market impacts the buying or selling of that property.

In order to be successful, you will need the following:

  1. Knowledge: Useful information as it relates to basic elements such as soils, timber, local markets, etc.
  2. Experience: agriculture (farming), forestry, or other backgrounds/work histories that help you better understand land usepractices and how they affect productivity, income and growth.
  3. Integrity: Your reputation is your most valuable asset in any client service field. Trust will help you build the long term relationships necessary for a consistent referral network.
  4. Patience: It can take months before you see your first paycheck. It takes years to establish yourself in the business and to build a relatively reliable income.

We provide you with:

  1. Strong Marketing and Lead Support: We not only offer a strong web presence, but provide a 'drive' of traffic to our site via online Land Marketing Sites, Daily Online Forum and Blog Marketing, National Tradeshows, Local and National Print Publications (i.e., newspapers, magazines)
